Account & billing: For subscription changes, cancellations, refunds, or receipts, mention "billing" in your subject line. Payments are handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), so some receipts and refunds are issued through Paddle.
Common questions
- Is my page data uploaded? No — captures stay local. See the Privacy Policy.
- How do I cancel? Cancel Pro Monthly anytime; access runs to the end of the period. See Terms.
- Capturing localhost or
file://? Allow access to your local dev server when prompted, or enable "Allow access to file URLs" on the extension's details page. - Which coding assistants work? Any tool that reads Markdown — Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and more.
Delete my data
You can delete captures any time from the side panel. To request deletion of your server-side account record, email us from your account address and mention "delete account".
